Matt is from Marion, Ohio where he grew up in a family owned music store business. Matt learned the value of giving clients excellent service at an early age. He graduated from The Ohio State University in 1992. Afterwards he moved to Florida and started Southern Exposure Realty along with his mother in 1994. Later after moving and expanding the business they renamed the brokerage to Sandcastle Realty, Inc. Matt has a wonderful wife and 3 little boys. He feels blessed to live in Florida and work in a family business.

Professionally, Matt Workman obtained his broker’s license in 1995 and has over 14 years experience in selling and renting the Gulf Beaches. Matt is also among the top realtors in the Tampa Bay area. He has a comprehensive knowledge of investment and residential real estate in Pinellas County.
